THE INNER METHOD · BY LAU
INNER is a mindful movement methodology that brings together yoga, Pilates, hypopressives and toning to work from the inside: deep strength, breathing, posture and body control.
Personalised training that evolves with you and helps you feel stronger, more stable and connected with your body.
Your strength comes from within.
Breathe
Your strength comes from within.Mindful movement. Deep strength. Inner balance.
What is INNER?
INNER is a mindful movement and holistic training methodology that connects strength, breath, posture and emotional wellbeing.
It's not just about toning the body or practising yoga. It's about learning to move better, activating the deep muscles, building strength from the centre and reconnecting with your own body.
The essence of INNER
The INNER Method
From the centre outwards: each pillar rests on the one before. Tap a pillar to discover it.
Working from the body's centre, mindful activation of the abdomen and core control are pillars of the method. The «navel in» principle represents the attention and control that accompany every movement.
Build strength, endurance and muscle tone through controlled, progressive exercises adapted to every body, prioritising the quality of movement.
Using the breath as a tool to accompany movement, improve body awareness and encourage a more mindful practice. Breathing exercises are adapted to the technique and to each person's needs.
Working on alignment, mobility, balance and control of movement to build more efficient and mindful movement patterns.
Creating a space where exercise also helps you become aware of your body, slow down and connect with your own sensations, from an approach close to wellbeing and emotional intelligence.

People who:
About Lau
A different way of understanding movement.
I believe in training that goes beyond the physical. Mindful work in which every breath, every posture and every movement has a purpose.
Through yoga, hypopressives, Pilates and toning, I have gradually built a way of working that places the connection between body, breath and attention at its centre.
My approach is based on technique, listening to the body and adapting to each person. Not every body needs the same thing, and not every stage of life is lived in the same way.
That's why, in my sessions, I aim to create a warm, caring space where you can work on your strength, improve your body control and give yourself quality time.
INNER was born from this philosophy: learning to feel strong on the inside so you can move on the outside with more awareness, balance and confidence.
