These terms govern access to and use of the website www.innerbylau.es (hereinafter, “the website”). By browsing the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree, we ask that you do not use it.

The website provides information about INNER by Lau's services, allows you to request sessions, join the WhatsApp community and subscribe to the newsletter, and offers informative content about movement and wellbeing.

Booking sessions is also governed by the Booking terms, and the processing of personal data by the Privacy policy.

3. Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with these terms. In particular, you may not:

Enter false data, or data belonging to third parties without their authorisation, in the forms.
Send mass communications, unsolicited advertising or offensive or unlawful content through the forms.
Attempt to access restricted areas of the website, its systems or other people's data.
Introduce viruses or any code that could damage the website or third-party devices.

4. Health and wellbeing content

The content on the website (texts, practices, videos and newsletter) is for information and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and is no substitute for assessment by a healthcare professional.

Before starting any physical practice, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, have an injury or a medical condition or take medication, consult your doctor. Practising what is shown on the website on your own is your responsibility.
